Jason first moved to Texas in 1972, and has practiced
law primarily in Ellis County for 15 years. He is a graduate of the
University of Texas with a degree in government, and received his law
degree from Baylor. Over the years, he has represented clients in more
than forty jury trials, and about twice as many bench trials. Although
his focus has been on Ellis County litigation, he has handled cases all
over Texas in multiple forums, including the federal courts and
arbitration proceedings. The majority of his work has been in the areas
of complex civil litigation and personal injury matters. He has also
handled numerous employment related issues, for both employers and
employees, along with difficult family law disputes.
Jason is married to Robin, a Waxahachie native, and
they have three children, Audrey, Camille and Judson. He is active in a
variety of civic and charitable activities in the local community.”
